Shedding light on a dark tale

"History will not judge us kindly" -former Attorney General John Ashcroft after a meeting at the White House on torture.

Most Americans are not aware of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui but it should be known that her plight is another dark chapter in America's "War on Terror". This ranks with the attrocities committed at Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo and numerous other war crimes all committed under the name of "National Security". For the most part the media protrays her as blood thirsty terrorist who seeks to kill all Americans. Which is hard to swallow once you meet her family

This is the time for Americans to take back their country. If they do not want their legacy to be one bloody war after another, they need to show justice in this case and others. Fear of the outside world or distrusting people with different points of view and beliefs will get this great nation no where. This day Sunday March 28, 2010, commemerates the seventh anniversary of the day that Pakistani neuroscientist Dr. Aafia Siddiqui and her three young children were reportedly abducted in Karachi.

Supporters have deemed this day Aafia Siddiqui Day. We have launched a worldwide protest for justice join us and be heard!
