A slow slide into Anarchy

I am writing this from Karachi, Pakistan. During the aftermath of Benazir Bhutto's Assassination. All Pakistanis are shocked by her brutal death, no matter our political affliation. She was a political Icon of which we could be proud of (first female PM of a Muslim Country, a champion of democracy recognized the world over), despite alleged corruption charges.

Now we are faced with a critical situation. It seems mob rule has won over civilized society. Mass looting and rioting has taken hold of the country. The police is overwhelmed and requires military assistance. We pray that they can bring the violence to an end...Ameen.
